Privacy Policy

Effective September 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains what information Booth Engine collects, how we use it, and what rights you have over your data. We keep this simple and honest — no legal jargon, no surprises.

The Short Version
  • We collect what we need to set up and run your account.
  • We do not sell your data. Ever.
  • We do not use your business data for marketing.
  • You can request your data or ask us to delete it anytime.
  • Your contacts and client data always belong to you.

1. Who We Are

Booth Engine is operated by Booth Engine LLC, based in Oregon. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, email us at [email protected].

2. What Information We Collect

We collect information in two ways — what you give us directly and what is generated as you use the service.

Information You Give Us

  • Communications you send to our support team

Information Generated by Using the Service

  • Your GHL account activity — logins, pipeline movements, workflow interactions
  • Your support ticket history
  • Usage patterns that help us improve the product

Your Business Data

The contacts, leads, pipeline opportunities, and communications inside your GHL sub-account are your business data. We access this data only when necessary to provide support or perform your setup. We do not analyze, monetize, or share your business data.

  • If you cancel, you have 30 days to export everything before the account is archived
  • We will never use your business contacts for our own marketing or share them with anyone
